Although the controls are really rough (it really should be point-and-click instead), it's still an intriguing story in an interesting environment.

This isn't relevant to the rest of the Deus Ex series, and is a trash mobile port with rough graphics and shallow mechanics.

While Saints Row: The Third was fun madness, this sequel adds a superhero twist with great new abilities and much easier travel than the previous game.

An abstract world with two dimensions that will bend your mind trying to keep track of the switches that move portals or even the level itself.

If you mash together the responsiveness of Super Meat Boy, and the randomness of Spelunky, you get a simple but satisfying randomized platformer.

Prepare to enjoy smashing open heads with a bat, slitting throats, and shooting enemies at breakneck speed in a psychedelic environment.

Basically the same as Hexcells, just adding another set of levels - since this game doesn't randomly generate them (unless you buy Hexcells Infinite).

While the random-map generation isn't quite as challenging as it should be, I still really enjoy the Hexcells series - they're a modernized Minesweeper.

Minesweeper on steroids - this is a great take on the genre, adding a lot more elements while still keeping a good deductive feel.

Some of the mechanics are unconventional, but once you learn how to play it properly it's a fun and well balanced dungeon crawler with a twist. It's one of the only rogue-like dungeon crawlers that I actually go back and replay from time to time.

While the story is weaker than the original, this FPS-RPG still offers many viable playstyles - and a visually stunning world. And the Director's Cut does a slightly better job of integrating the DLC, although they're still sort of an independent experience.

You also get a few other perks like developer commentaries, although these don't have any visual indicators to show where they are, so they're hard to locate and activate as you're playing. The redesigned boss fights are a nice touch though, and definitely a welcome change compared to the originals.

I really enjoyed the amount of variety in this single-player card game. There are some really unique card mechanics that keep it fresh and challenging.

Better environments than CQ1, with the same great characters. The first level is the only bad part, so suffering through that small grind is worth it.

This game was originally named and bundled as "Zombies." before being renamed and released on Steam.

I wasn't a big fan of the melee combat, but once you get shotguns and SMGs it makes killing the management a much more pleasant experience.

Needs a faster fast forward, and has a few annoyances if you're trying to get Expert achievements - but the normal gameplay is fun and well designed.

Why use Truth In Gaming?
Unique Search
Multiplayer with friends
Want to play a multiplayer or co-op game with friends, but don't know which ones you have in common? Friend search will instantly show which games everyone in the group already owns - and even filter them further by genre!
Play your games
Have a big game library, but can't find anything to play? You can limit your searches to just the games you own, while still using all the fancy search filters.
Steam Holiday Sales
Have you noticed the Steam Summer/Winter sales constantly feature the same games on the front page year after year? We let you easily filter by year, discount, and rating, blocking unwanted items with a single click.
No Censorship
Uncensored tags
Steam reviews are becoming a closed and heavily moderated system. There are only ~300 tags shown to the general public, with anything they think is problematic for sales (like "Mobile port") vanishing from public view.
Full Steam game list
Steam hides store pages if there are copyright or other disputes surrounding the game (which is more frequent than you might realize), preventing you from curating these titles. We unhide and allow you to comment on them!
Stable platform
Over the past few years of Steam curation I've had hundreds of reviews just vanish without notification, and it often takes weeks for Steam Support to restore them. The 3rd time it happened was during a holiday sale, making my reviews useless for subscribers while the games were deeply discounted!
Convenience
Easy import
Import your game library and friends directly from Steam in one click!
Easy filtering
Steam "deal" sites focus on prices, not on helping you find the game you really want before you look for a good price! Take our search page for a test drive!
Good games
Our goal is to help you find the best games for you, supporting good devs whether they're huge studios or nimble indies. We don't play favorites for the big money publishers.
